Terms & Conditions: After 12 months of being in our Business Directory, if you do not receive greater than 25% return on the investment you have spent for the category you selected, 100% of the fee will be reimbursed. Must participate for 1 year to be eligible for a refund.
Example:
Standard is $499/ year. If you do not gross $623.75 in business (from the DC Landlord Association), we will refund the $499 fee you paid.
Plus is $999 / year. If you do not gross $1,248.75 in business (from the DC Landlord Association), we will refund the $999 fee you paid.
Premium is $1,999/ year. If you do not gross $2,498.75 in business (from the DC Landlord Association), we will refund the $1,999 fee you paid.
